Weight Loss Drug May Cause Severe Liver, Kidney and other Internal Organ Damage

For many years, there have been studies linking certain active ingredients in the diet over the counter drug Alli with serious liver and kidney damage, but nothing has been done to effectively remove the drug from the market. A new study published at the University of Rhode Island in December 2012 further identifies “severe toxicity” when using the drug, causing permanent and lasting liver, kidney and/or damage to other internal organs. We are currently investigating cases where our clients were caused to suffer internal injuries while taking Alli.
